What do we need to know and would helpful for my vacation?

Does the Inns of Waterville Valley accept pets?

We love our furry family however; we have a “NO pets allowed policy”.  There are boarding kennels located in Plymouth, NH

In accordance with American with Disabilities Act (ADA) only service dogs trained to aid a person with a disability will be welcome.

When is check-in and check-out?

We encourage and require all owners and guests to pre-register with required Registration form, and COVID-19 Waiver and credit card number. All information is due Monday prior to Friday check-in. 

Check-in starts after 4pm. on Fridays. We are doing pre-registration and self check-in.  Keys arrangements will be made.

Check-out is before 10 am on the following Friday. Please leave your key in the office key slot.

We can not accommodate early check-in or late check-out. Thank you for your cooperation.                                                          

What if I arrive to check-in after office hours?

We encourage and require all owners and guests to pre-register with required Registration form and COVID-19 Waiver and credit card number if applicable. All information is due Monday prior to Friday check-in.

Self check-in arrangements are made to provide the unit key if you are unavailable to check in during the posted check-in day and time. 

All unit maintenance fees and guests rental fees must be paid prior to any arrangement being made.

PLEASE READ YOUR UNIT GUIDE (click on unit book or a copy will be each unit) it will provide and answer all questions you may have.

How often is the unit cleaned?

Units are thoroughly cleaned after each occupant check-out.  We do not offer housekeeping during the week.

Are there grocery stores nearby?

Located in Waterville Town Square there is Jugtown grocery store.  The town of Plymouth (exit 26) has a Hannaford's, Market Basket and Super Walmart. 

Do you have Wi-Fi?

Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available.  Upon arrival in your Unit Guide  the password is provided. 

Do you have air conditioning?

We have the mountain air and fans to provide comfort in the summer time. We do not provide or allow air conditioners in units.

Do you have elevators?

We are a multilevel facility using stairs to access the different levels within the facility and within specific units.  We do not have elevators or escalators.

Do you have mail service?

We respectfully ask that you do not have any mail or packages delivered to the Inns on your behalf.  We are rural and do not have USPS mail delivered or picked up.  Other forms of mail-FedEx and UPS sometimes deliver to the post office.  Delivery of mail/packages can take longer than quoted because we are rural.  Please plan to bring you medication or any items you need with you.  Sorry but we will not be responsible for your personal mailings.



For security purposes all owners, guests and visitors vehicles must be registered including license plate number with the Office prior to check-in.
